Siward Launches Ultra-High Frequency 312.5 MHz Differential Output Crystal Oscillator with Ultra-Low Jitter Performance, Targeting Data Center High-Speed Communication Applications
Siward proudly announces the launch of its latest ultra-high frequency 312.5 MHz differential output crystal oscillator with ultra-low jitter performance, available in the OSC8A, OSC95, and OSCA5 series. Designed for high-speed and high-precision applications, these oscillators deliver ultra-low jitter performance to ensure outstanding signal integrity and reliability. Adopting Siward's in-house photolithography wafer process, this new product line supports a fundamental mode frequency up to 312.5 MHz, achieving superior frequency accuracy, stability, and long-term reliability.
This series delivers outstanding ultra-low jitter performance, achieving typ 30fs/max. 50fs at 312.5 MHz (@12KHz to 20MHz), while maintaining frequency stability of ±25 ppm at operating temperatures up to +105°C, making it the ideal timing solution for high-speed data communications, networking equipment, and data center systems. Its differential output architecture minimizes signal attenuation and enhances noise immunity, enabling clear and stable transmission even in environments with strong electromagnetic interference. From optical communications and server clocks to high-frequency data transmission interfaces, Siward's oscillator delivers reliable, high-quality timing references that meet the stringent requirements for accuracy and stability in today's and tomorrow's high-speed communication systems.
