Operating at just 1.2V, it delivers exceptional frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its ultra-miniature 2.0 × 1.6mm (TXO97) and 1.6 x 1.2mm (TXO01) package enables seamless integration into space-constrained designs without compromising performance.
