Siward's newly developed 1.2V Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) is engineered to meet the growing demand for compact, low-power, and high-precision timing solutions in portable and battery-operated electronics. Operating at just 1.2V, it delivers exceptional frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its ultra-miniature 2.0 × 1.6mm (TXO97) and 1.6 x 1.2mm (TXO01) package enables seamless integration into space-constrained designs without compromising performance. Combining ultra-low phase noise with tight reliability, the 1.2V TCXO is ideal for GPS smart watches, smart meters, wearable medical devices, fitness trackers, and compact IoT devices.
