TCXO

Designed for optimal performance, our TCXO excels in low phase noise, tight frequency, and temperature stability, making it ideal for Wi-Fi, GPS, GNSS, IoT, 5G telecommunication, and connected consumer devices.
Our TCXO series features a noise floor of -165dBc/Hz at 100 kHz and supports various output formats, including CMOS and Clipped-sine. Available in industry-standard miniature sizes of 2.0 x 1.6 mm and 1.6 x 1.2 mm, these oscillators cover a frequency range from 26 MHz to 80 MHz. They offer a stability of ±0.5ppm and operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
